Explore Harrogate's only Grade I listed building from the soaring belltower to the faded beauty of the Darlington panels and the quintessentially English Parish Hall (as featured in All Creatures Great and Small!)
Explore Harrogate's only Grade I listed building from the soaring belltower to the faded beauty of the Darlington panels and the quintessentially English Parish Hall. Saint Wilfrid Harrogate was consecrated in 1914, and designed by Temple Moore and his son-in-law Leslie Moore.
Find out more about the WWI memorials in church and the local men who are memorialised in the church.
As part of the Heritage Open Day weekend you can have a free guided tour of the building, and an optional tour of the belltower (if you are relatively fit and don't mind heights or narrow spaces!)
Learn about the history and architecture of the buildings and their heritage.
