Two talks focusing on the Aislabie's C18 landscapes in the Harrogate District:
'Hackfall - A garden back from the brink'
Wednesday 14th September 2011 at 7.30pm
This talk by David Winpenny - Chairman of Ripon Civic Society- will look at the history of the landscape of Hackfall, north west of Ripon, its neglect in the 20th century and its rescue over the last 20 years.

'A tour of the Aislabie's C18 Water Garden'
Wednesday 2nd November at 7.30pm
A talk about the Water Gardens at Studley Royal, Ripon by Michael Bevington of the National Trust.
Venue: Grants Hotel, Harrogate.
Donation: £1.50 per head to the National Trust. |
